can you guys comment on the acceleration of the crosswind?
from what I've read in C!, they were making fun of the acceleration of the crosswind.
although I've seen XTOs topping out at 120kph.

hehehe

Our XTO a/t has also gone up to 120 before (had no chance to drive it on the expressway yet since we got it). Usual happy crusing speed is at the 80-100kph range... If you floor her, it takes a while to go past 110kph.
The XTRM a/t and higher variants will be more sluggish indeed due to their larger tires and the diff final drive ratio (higher?).

yup...

" The automatic (he was referring to the XUV A/T) may save you from the rubbery manual gearshift, but it will subject you to being passed by Kia Prides. " :D
sa rekta..mabilis din ang XUV's. ewan ko lang sa arangkada... si master ranie a.k.a. boknoyxtrm2001 ang makakasagot nyan. pero for both xto or xuv.. i think we'll top out at 140-150 KPH on level ground. I've reached that speed once; RPM was at 39000-4000. Si jondy napaabot nya daw 160 kph past redline (4250 on our odo) with assistance of gravity going down a long stretch of road (tama ba jonds?)
as far as i'm concerned... the xwind is fast enough for me. hirap lang sa quick overtakes ..pero buti na yun, meron speed delimiter kumbaga so i'm forced drive cautiously :D

Had my 2014 Altis repaired by Tireman PH in Gen. Trias, Cavite last Wednesday. Nawala na yun...
