I'd say yes.
I just noticed, note that the moulded headlining (which I assume didn't come with the sale based on the pictures you have posted) has contour patterned with the moonroof. Baka magkaproblema ka sa headlining mo at yung stock headlining mo walang moonroof ngayon..... my 2 cents.....

Mukhang kailangan mo humanap ng headliner na color grey na may abang na butas para sa sunroof. Baka kasi masyadong manipis yung headliner ng Trooper mo baka hindi kumasya yung sunroof.

Seatmate!? I hate to say this but I highly doubt it. It's not like it's a fabric or leather that they'd wrap. Sure is't a headliner but it's not a hanging-type (like Crosswind), it's moulded and one would need a mould to make one.
If you want, I could try (not sure) to check with my source if they have a brand new moulded headlining for a Skyroof. But even if they have, I doubt it if it'll be cheap.
As to the measurement of the hole, I'd have to do a little research on that. And as what the guys already mentioned, knowing the size of the hole is is the "easy" part. Knowing the perfect position in making the hole is the hard part. Kailangan kasi i-asinta mo yung sa butas ng headlining mo.
