tsk tsk........ have you talked to their manager or someone who will entertain this problem in that branch? sayang nman. report mo na lang kasi baka nde pansinin ng manager, at least kung masmataas na person ang makakaalam, they'll get the attention of the ppl who work there. baka maulit nanaman yan....

Just to add some salt to the wound...

We were also considering purchasing an XTR-M or XUV a few weeks ago. We went to Isuzu Q. Ave one sunday and we found out that the demo unit in the showroom was locked and there was no key. The sales rep brings us to an XUV-i that was being repaired in the shop so that my folks could check it out. Other customer prospects also arrived and were led to the same vehicle... kung ako yung may-ari nang car na iyan, i'm gonna freak out if i found out what they were doing.

The next day, my dad called the same dealer to arrange for the test drive that the sales rep promised. When they spoke, the sales rep said na he has to wait and follow-up for the test drive for the car was already picked-up by the owner. :? To make things short, he decided to cross of the XUV from our prospective buys.

i have had a similar experience with Honda Alabang. but it all went well naman. Isuzu and Honda service centers in Alabang are just adjacent to one another and are both owned by the Ayalas.

anyway, when i had my Honda City last oct. 2001, i called up Honda Alabang to canvass for mods items. i even went there to get a price list. it was a good thing the parts coordinator that time suggested to me to leave my phone number and they committed to call me once they have established that all the parts are available from their Sta. Rosa Plant and delivered to Honda Alabang. And so they did. Kaya when they called me up, it was then the time to book me for an appointment to install the mods. Kaya it went well when i finally went there. 8)

Sana, ganito ang gawing practice ng mga Service Advisers, "do not commit lest you're not sure about it." Btw, the waiting time for the confirmation of availability was just a day. 8)

As for me, I have only good words for them.

ako may bad experience sa isuzu inteco on my 1500km check up. s'yempre bago diba so at least I expected na special handling ang gagwin sa unit, pero nagkamali ako.

since then di na ako bumalik sa isuzu inteco

so far lumipat ako sa isuzu cavite, oks naman.
