yes sir nabasa ko na yung post niyo. yan din ang nasa isip ko kanina eh.. kasi kung starter yun siguro naman may click na sound ako maririnig diba. yung Parked position nung transmission busted ata.. its acting like Neutral :|

check transmission. it could be in any gear except Park and Neutral. A/T usually have a Neutral Safety Switch cutting off the Starting/Ignition Circuit if the transmission is not in Park or Neutral. quick check on the cable connections (lever to transmission) may reveal a simple problem. hth

brod, reset mo ang emergency button ng car alarm. nasa ilalim ng dashboard. kulay red yan at maliit lang. anti-theft system ng sasakyan natin yan. sa driver side, may maliit na slide cover ng left side mo, pagbukas mo, kita agad yan. nangyari sa akin yan. sabi ng mekaniko sa isuzu, tranny problem, ayaw ma detect ang park. buti nalang, sabi ng electrician, anti-theft system lang. its always a good thing to ask for 2nd, 3rd opinion.. hehehehehe

in case, di mo makita yong red button na sinabi ko, check your manual regarding anti-theft button, refer to your manual.

guys im sure transmission to.. nag bblink yung CHECK TRANS na icon dun sa dashboard eh.. paano ba tingnan yung sira nito

check the quantity and quality of your ATF.....then

check also the sensor if loose or corroded.....

if everything checks out, a quick scan on the stealership might confirm the problem......
