So para lang akong nagbayad ng 1k to upgrade my DC35 to a V6.

Update on the Dyson V6 - it's a worthy upgrade over the DC35 for 3 key reasons: 1) longer battery life, 2) stronger max mode, and 3) better cleaning heads.

The main cleaning head of the V6 is wider and has a stronger motor vs the DC35. No difference for hardwood floors or tiles, but it makes carpet cleaning easier.

The V6 also comes with a second motorized tool, which I use for cleaning my mattress and couch. The motorized brush allows for better cleaning than the ordinary brush tool.

Have not really needed the longer battery life or stronger max mode, but good to know that it's there when I need it. Only drawback is that the V6 actually feels flimsier than the DC35 and aesthetically the DC35 looks better. Overall, very happy with the upgrading considering what I paid for it.

Have had a Dyson V11 animal for less than a year and trigger has already stopped working.

Machine is still another warranty but it’s taking about a dozen emails so far to get it replaced. They were supposed to replace the body, but last email said they were out of stock so now they will “ do an exchange”. Didn’t bother asking what they plan to exchange the broken machine with, we’ll see what they send.

In the meantime I’m getting a Miele Triflex HX1.

Halos lahat naman ng cordless is brushless. Whether Xiaomi or Dyson, brushless motor yan which is a necessity if you need it to spin at 100,000 rpm.

well brushed motors have performance limits. if you hotrod them the brushes will arc too much and erode the commutator

but for low/med power brushed motors actually last longer brushless motors need a lot electronics (failure points) to drive them
