shockz,
I guess it was the fault of Toyota that they did not inform you that the Fortuner only has leather SEATING SURFACES. Other minor areas are covered with synthetic material.
Very rare na ngayon ang FULL leather seats even as OEM from big manufacturers (Benz, BMW, etc.). However, they do point out in the fine print that this is the case. Maybe Toyota Philippines (and other local manufacturers) is not as transparent when it comes to details like these.

i checked the seats of my fortuner this morning and it looks all leather to me. Siguro some dealers opted to take the semi leather option for their fortuners. Kahit yung pocket sa likod leather sya.

Peeps, sori natagalan ako bumailk d2. Anyway, no replies or contact from Kelseat. I guess busy sila sa dami ng Fortuner orders nila ngayon...
as for checking the fine print or looking closer at the seats nung nag punta kami sa dealer for reservation, well...... di ko na lam sasabihin ko.
At 65K, i was expecting real leather talaga.
By the way, maganda ang ginamit na "leatherette" or synthetic material kaya madaling mapagkamalan na leather ito. I should know dahil nga gumagamit din ako nito sa trabaho ko as raw materials.

I stopped by a seat cover maker near our house, he quoted me 5,500 for a set of leatherette seat covers for my 95' pajero. I could choose either full or cloth combi at same price. ok ba yun?
