    meron na din daw corkage fee sa HA-LP for parts brought by the owner? Magkano corkage nyo sir njgarin? Strict din ba kayo sa pag gamit ng HGMO or warranty void? thanks

    As for the other comment na lahat ng hyundai pangit service di naman po siguro. In the millions of cars on the road there will be disappointments on the services of every shop. Di yun maiiwasan. ang importante dun is kung yung majority is satified with your service. With regards doon sa mga na disappoint those shops should do something to ease or even remove the damage done by unfortunate servicing. I'll be honest we also have our moments here in las pinas na di nagustuhan ng client yung service namin but we always do our best to make it up for the bad experience. Minsan nga even the general manager (He's the bigboss of all our delearships. the buck stops with him. the only people higher than him are the owners) of our dealership humaharap sa client kapag mejo matindi talaga yung nangyari so that the client can feel na hindi namin sila papabayaan kahit may sablay na nangyari. Sabi nga nila you cannot please everyone. However we do our best to please all

    As for that di ko sya masasagot sir. just like what i said earlier it depends on your relationship with your SA as for the requests na gusto mo. As for the warranty sa pagkakaintindi ko pag hindi HGMO void kasi nga must use hyundai genuine parts. try calling muna sir sa service dept namin mas maganda kung sakanila mangagaling. di ko lang sure kung pwede ko ipost number ng dealership namin kasi na ban ako dati nung pinost ko yung number. PM ko nalang muna sayo

    NJGARIN, no bearing ang iyong pagtatanggol sa Hyundai. Kahit na sabihin mong you can't please everyone, the fact is, andaming sobrang nadidisappoint sa service ng Hyundai simply because may mga tao dyan sa inyo na nangugulang. And your 5 year warranty only makes matters worse. Ginagamit yan ng mga taga service center na mileage para matali ang car owner sa pagpapabalik balik sa inyo. Tapos wala naman kaming napapala pag may nasisira. E kahit nga walang sira, pilit nyong ginagalaw at pinapalitan. That's just sad. I was a big Hyundai fan pero dahil sa dami ng disappointments ko sa inyo lately, I'm really letting go of my car. Kundi ko to mabenta, ibibigay ko na lang sa erpats ko. I'm buying a Japanese.

    Face it, unti-unti na uli kayong nasisira sa mga motorista. Sayang ang PR job nyo a few years ago. Wala rin pala.

When they say parts that includes consumables which includes motor oil. However it depends on your relationship with your SA kung papayagan nila at di nila ireport na HGMO ang gagamitin. As for the scheduling it means 3 months or 5000 KM WHICH EVER COMES FIRST para di nakakalito. pero just like I said earlier depende sa relationship mo sa SA kung papayagan nya na tangalin yung which ever blah blah clause [/QUOTE]

    Based sa experience ko not just with Hyundai depende sa relationship mo with your SA Kung papayagan ka magdala sarili mo oil. I tried once ang HGMO pero d maganda response sa tucs ko kaya balik ako sa ZIC, Kixx, Mobil o motul (kung alin sa apat mabili ko). Akin ang oil at sa casa ko buy ang filter at nakakabit a naman Kung labor lang PERO yang pag void sa warranty dahil sa oil, it's just an excuse from the dealer kasi usually ang gamit sa casa ay SHE'LL o Caltex oils. I had an engr in my prev co nagkaroon ng isyu ang car nya (based sa investigation factory defect) voided ang warranty nya sabi ng dealer dahil "own oil" ang gamit nya (pls don't ask for the car brand and dealer as it is a known car manufacturer and it happen 7 yrs ago) since may uncle sya na lawyer ayun I was kaso settled yung complain at cover ng warranty yung car. it seems take tan lang yan.

    Going back to Hyundai, aside from the dealer I think HARI should advise their dealer on warranty claim policy kasi as far as I know yung extended warranty (2yrs) covered Ng insurance kaya mas mahirap "maki usap" at kelang an ka pa mag makaawa. Kahit ano Ganda ng car mo Kung pangs naman ang after sales in the long run mawawalan ka Ng client. Sa mga naririnig ko sa Hyundai (kahit pag nagpapa service ako) kahit under warranty need pa approval Ng HARI lalo na Kung medyo pricey yung parts. Meron nga less than a year na tucs Nasir's compressor more than a month na wala pa din daw replacement grabe sa abala. Compensated ba yung client??? NO!!! Kaya halos magwala na sa harap Ng mga SA.

    Hyundai Commonwealth is the WORST CASA, pagkatapos ka mabentahan, bahala ka na sa sarili mo. Puro yabang.

    I have tried the following CASA's before, lahat ok naman. Talagang sa Hyundai Commonwealth lang ako naka kuha ng malaking pagkalugi at dismaya

    Mitsubishi Valle Verde
    Mitsubishi Paco
    Mitsubishi Fairview
    Honda Libis
    Toyota Pasig
    Toyota Pasong Tamo
    Hyundai North Edsa

    Don't get me wrong sir Im not defending Hyundai. Im generalizing it as in all cars on the road. Im also a car owner. Naranasan ko na rin naranasan ng mga nakaranas ng pangit na service na casa. I had a bad experience in Honda and in Nissan, even non casas naka experience na rin ako. All im saying is one time or another yes possibleng makaexperience ka nyan (or naka experience na ba? kung wala pa sana wag makaexperience mas maganda). sana lang pag may bad experience tayo sa isang casa or talyer sana bumawi sila.

    Actually yung extended warranty wala na sya sa ibang mga models namin exactly because of that reason. Dami rin kami naranasan na ganyan e kaya siguro binago na nila systema and sinalo na ng hari lahat instead na nakakabit kay federal phoenix ba yun?

    As for the oil i cant really speak for them pero yun nga mas maganda nga sana kung pwede ka rin mamili ng oil kasi dami branded na oil jan sa market especially yung mga high performance oils na designed for spirited driving diba. Wala pa ako naexperience or narinig na may navoid warranty because of oil pero pag meron kwento ko sainyo anu nangyari.

    As for the Warranty claim na kelangan approval ni hari mabilis lang naman sila mag approve pero pwede rin yung point mo na pag pricey it will take time. Once palang kasi ako nakaexperience ng warranty claim 2 days lang may approval na si hari pero lifter lang yun ng 5th door. If yung kakilala mo matagal dumating claim nya pangit nga na experience yun. Karapat dapat lang sya magalit.

    Thumbs up.... Ang matindi pa non... di na mahagilap yung ahente mo. Hehe. For me, Toyota Marikina is one of the best. Pwede kang tumambay sa harap ng auto mo habang ginagawa ang dapat gawin at palitan ang dapat palitan. Open kasi ang kanila service area.
