starex very slow hard acceleration (see pix)

Good day, mga sir slow/hard acceleration starex ko, newly change oil na sya, mobil delvac mx 15-40, ok ang atf, need ko pa dagdagan ng apak un silinyador to pick up on acceleration, napansin ko na eto prior to change oil kla ko magiging ok aftr C/O. un kia pregio ng friend ko pinalinis nya un injection pump and presto gumanda hatak as in bumalik un angas ng engine. Ask ko mga sir if na experience nyo na eto at injection pump cleaning nga ba solusyon, TIA and more power to all. ride is 1999 starex A/T 98,500kms.

add ko lng sir nkita ko kc meron leak s part na eto (see link for picture of leak and flexible hose pipe not sure if turbo un) pwede kaya na eto ang reason for hard/slow acceleration and taas ng fuel consumption ko? also meron vibration pag umaarangkada. TIA and more power
