Baka pwede naman tanggapin ng Sanden yan o Denso..

Kasi iisa lang naman ata itsura ng mga evaporator, condenser, compressor..

    Nagkatalo lang sa cabin filter

Nangyari na rin sa FD ko yan noon. 2 or 3 times rin yun.

i know there is a type of freon that really smells when it leaks.. the smell is like a dead rat.. i know my friends starex had that smell.. we pulled open the evaporator casing and cleaned out the fan.. and all the dirt in the water catch and drain tube.. mind you we didnt pull the evaporator out.. after leaving the van out in the sun for half the day to dry out the evaporator and other parts.. we put it all back together.. the smell disappeared but after a while the smell came back.. and eventually the the aircon stopped producing cold air.. so we went to an aircon shop and they told us that the smell was coming from the freon..

so that could be the culprit too.. anyways just sharing..
