At saka dito lang yan gawa kaya mura yan but still okay naman yang SUV's nayan!

Ang mura lang na Hyundai AFAIK ay yung i10 at Getz.Pero okay din ang presyo dito nang Genesis Coupe,Santa Fe,Tucson at Grand Starex!

nako ang alam ko the i10 is an example of an overpriced car din while the getz is reasonable (kaso lumang luma na na model nga lang...)

HARI Grand Starex price ok? I don't think so. Ang daming wala sa Grand Starex ng HARI na meron sa gray market dealers like Pitstop and Standout. At hindi nagkakalayo prices ng HARI at gray market dealers. And Pitstop Motors already matched HARI's 5 years warranty with its own 5 years warranty.

Agree ako dito, so much so that we bought not only 1 but 2 Grand Starexes from the gray market dealers.

yung nissan murano Z is priced at 3.1m pesos ata. yun sa tingin ko ang overpriced for a cuv lang. pero loaded daw ng features yung murano Z. same engine with nissan 350Z yung murano. pero ang mahal pa din niya. for that amount of money makakabili ka na ng toyota prado.

Or are all car companies here in the Philippines overpricing their vehicles. Please post you opinions.
    Different tax system I guess.

Another thing is most Korean vehicles sold in the country are CBU from Korea.

Most of its competitors either assemble their mainstream vehicles locally or soruce it from an ASEAN plant (ASEAN Free Trade Area).

Its similar to the pre-2007 350Z engine which is basically the 3.5 liter V6 used in many V6 Nissan models including the Teana. Its called VQ35DE.
In the Murano its tuned to produce 265hp.

In the older 350Z models the VQ35DE was tuned to produce a higher 287hp-300hp.
Later in the the 350Z's life this was replaced by the slightly more powerful VQ35HR which produced 306hp.

    PS: The latest Z (370Z) uses a VQ37VHR which makes 332hp.

Actually mas overpriced pa ang Prado kaysa sa Murano..

numbah5 mas mahal ang Grand Starex dyan sa Pitstop.

the thing is if an escape carries all the same features as a top of the line hyundai tucson or crv petrol. but the escape offers it at 300K less than the two. then mark-up ng dealer yun

as the entry level tucson at sub 1M, laki pa din markup ng Hari dyan coz escape/xtrail can give at same price with complete features like ebd, dual airbag, foglamps, etc. etc.
I think the most contributing factor of the escape's price is that it is made in RP.
