Di naman sa ano pero parang I find weird lang pag may bullbar ang Tucson IX. Imagine mo nalang, bullbar ng pajero fitted sa Tucson, then you decide...

Most bullbars sold are more cosmetic than functional. That means if you have a minor collision/bump at the bullbar area, the damage on your vehicle will be much greater and over a larger area than if you did not have the bullbar installed.

Example, a minor collision against your vehicle's corner light. Without bullbar, generally the damage would be limited to the corner light and fender. With bullbar, damage would be corner light, headlight, fender, front bumper and maybe hood.

Unless you live in the province and does a lot of h-way travel where animals of all sort appear out of nowhere, the bullbar will just be an added weight that would also affect FC by a little.

If you do need and does buy a bullbar, (if I may suggest) yung single tube lang running just below the front bumper for added protection againts dogs, goats etc. Make sure that the bracket though is done correctly and there is enough space between bullbar and bumper just in case.

No need for a bullbar... the money for that can be used for your gas funds.
