License Plates - How long average wait time?

Question: If i were to acquire my unit from a dealer at La Union, will i still have the regular Metro Manila plates? Meaning will it start at letter "T"?

Kung doon mo ipapa-register baka "A" ang makuha mo.

Pero kung dito mo ipapa-register sa MM, malamang "T".

Got my Elantra August 17, got notified last Monday Holiday (Aug 29) that my plate, ending in 8, is now ready.
That's less than two weeks, breaking my previous record of 2 weeks with my Honda City (Alabang)

Kaso, Saturday pa ako makakapunta Hyundai Greenhills para sabay na ng 1K PMS hehehe

hindi pa, kaya hindi ko pa kinakabit, bibili muna ako ng cover. baka pag kabit ko matupi yung harap pag may mga engot na dumaan sa harap at masabitan ng kung ano. haha.
