Sumagot na ang Hyundai PH sa tanong ko. As expected, very general ang sagot nila.

Buti na lang family / company car itong GS na kukunin namin so mga expenses ay sagot naman ng company. So kahit na labag sa loob ko eh no choice talaga kungdi sundin yung PM schedule na every 5000 kms or 3 months. Whichever comes first.

Kung sakaling i-deny nila kami sa warranty claim eh gyera ang aabutin nila sa akin.

Wag kang maniwala sa 3months nila. I followed the 5k kms and still got parts replaced. Kumikita kse ang casa ng malaki sa pms

Just follow 5000km sched, should they void your warranty because of that you can seek redress to DTI

Its not good for business to face many complaints with that govt agency

I was bringing back my low-mileage tucson every 6-8months for 5k kms pms sa hyundai pasig and they never voided my warranty. Natrplace ang aircon magnetic clutch, brake light switch, and another switch that i cant remember.

    Lokohan lang warranty sa Hyundai.

They will patch things up till your warranty expires when the part actually needs to be replaced. My aircon, ilang beses na pabalikbalik sa casa hanggang magexpire warranty. I then brought it to an independent aircon shop, they replaced the compressor (na mas mura kesa casa, original brand new) and the aircon worked like a dream. Dapat casa pa lang under warranty, nireplace na nila dahil sira na compressor, pero they did patch up jobs lang.

Look it up and research, madami horror stories sa Hyundai warranty.

That's where I bring my Hyundai, I experienced the worst service ever from these guys in Pasig C5. I don't believe they will replace anything under warranty because they never did on my unit. I asked them to put in writing and on their letter head the excuses they were saying on not honoring warranty, they never did even after many follow ups.

I'm kinda skeptical about your post on them willingly replacing parts without any fuss
