+1. If the condenser fans and relays are ok then the most probable problem is low refrigerant charge. Check the pressures. Alternately, check the sight glass, it should have no bubbles. If low then have a leak test done. Shampoo (the more bubbles the better) and a sponge on all the connections. Hopefully it is just a loose fitting and not something expensive (leaking evap or condenser coil) or hard to find leak (compressor shaft seal).
Last, sana naman hindi, worn compressor.

You also might have rather old refrigerant ... they need to be flushed and replaced every 2-3 years or so ... it's quite difficult to DIY aircon repairs since you need special equipment ... one of those things best done by professionals ...
