Consider that yung 5-star establishments sumasablay din. Casa lang yan. Been to Honda SPA 5 or 6 times for PMS and I always thought they charged fairly. But I am always on top of things; nothing gets done/replaced without me saying so. It's not the best arrangement but it works for me.

March 27th, 2011 04:41 PM #42This is really disappointing Hunter G. I totally agree with Reactor because if you feel and you can prove that these issues were really factory defects, then it should really be replacement of unit and not a warranty issue. Technically speaking, you only use the warranty when something broke down within the warranty period and therefore excludes factory defects which were already there even before the unit was released. If the SA or the casa has prior knowledge of these, then that constitutes selling the car in bad faith. But of course, replacement of unit would be a very tall order unless you have some reputable people/agencies to back you up. Let the name of the SA and even the manager be published here in this forum to warn our fellow tsikoteers and future buyers. We deserve the best treatment from SA's and casas but what is prevailing is the irony. tsk. tsk. tsk. Ogag talaga marami sa mga yan!

March 27th, 2011 05:39 PM #43we have had 3 honda's and this is my personal experience. additionally, i have a good friend who worked in honda a few years back..
(note: hindi ito honda.) kaibigan ko ang isang may posisyong tao sa casa kaya tinanong ko ano plano nila sa SUV na warak. repaint daw nila tapos benta as brand new. (wtf?)
what's my point?

pasensya na sir. take it with a grain of salt na lang siguro.
