saang casa mo ba dinala? i think dapat covered sya ng warranty since factory/service defect sya. try to call them everyday for updates kasi ako kinukulit ko tlaga ung agent ko everyday as in

Mejo napagsabihan ko din 1 time na 'Hindi nyo pwede idahilan na since new model ung car kaya walang available na part. The moment na naglabas kayo ng new model dapat may parts na available din in case masira ung car. At bakit ang tagal before malaman sa planta na may stock? Hindi ba titingnan lang nmn ung part sa inventory ng planta and sasabihin sa inyo kung available?' Syempre sinabi ko to with my lowest tone and hindi pagalit.hehe Ayun mega explain nmn ang agent, etc. Mukhang effective nmn kasi dumating na si part and nakabit na sya

sa honda global city ko po binili since wala po silang paint/body repair facility eh we were advised to bring it to shaw since it is a member of ayala din so punta kami picture picture sila sa defect then ginawan nang report sa plant up to now no updates try ko tawagan tom.

Nakuha ko na pala si jazzy kahapon. Naayos naman ung transmission nya (thank God) kaso ung keychain ko nawala

Ung bilog na nakakabit sa susi na lng ung natira. It's a silver keychain na may parang swarovsky stones na white and red. I'm not saying na may kumuha sa kanila nun pero nmn... pano nmn matatanggal un sa key eh secured sya dun. Hay... disappointed talaga ako. If they can't be trusted with small things how much more with bigger ones? Guys, any suggested casa besides Honda Makati? ayoko na magpa-service sa kanila next time eh. Nakakadala...

I don't even go to the casa at all these days unless it's to buy parts.

The Yuchengco-managed Honda dealerships (QC, Kalookan, etc) seem to have better feedback vs. the Ayala-managed ones (Shaw, Makati, BGC, Alabang). HTH
