May i just know what are the steps i should take to have it transfered to my name?
What are the documents i need?
What government agancies are invloved (aside from LTO)?
If possible, how much is it also.
Pls help...

you must have the original notarized deed of sale, the OR and the CR (all original copies). make sure the Certificate of Registration is signed by the previous owner. when i bought my ride, i failed to notice that the CR was not signed by the owner. LTO will not transfer the registration to your name if it is not signed. also, you will have to have the TMG clear your car to make sure its not stolen. BTW, you just have to go to the nearest LTO office and they will show you the steps you will take to transfer the registration to your name. oh, dont forget to bring cash. hehehe. good luck.
