    after reading this one,nakakadala na talagang magtiwala sa mga seller na ganyan...buti pa na ondoy ang mga lumang modelong kotse kesa sa mga later model dami magiging problem,how's the jazz now?

    IDK what the fuss is about. We have 2 Ondoyed cars. 1 was dealer-fixed and cleaned (all ECUs replaced - Ouch). After 3 years, the only Ondoy damage was a leak in the AC cooling coil. The mud got absorbed by the foam and couldn't be totally removed. Welded and fixed.

    The other didnt even need ECU replacement (ECU totally sealed) and was only washed at a gas station. So far, the only damage was from a couple of steering components -- due to improper cleaning, I suspect.

    All in all, I think maybe 50-100K discount for a unit would be fine so long as the ECUs are totally OK. My .02.
