+1 avoid using tap water it contains minerals which can lead to scaling and deposit formation. tingnan nyo airpot nyo puro scaling sa bottom

this is impossible. why? pre-mixed coolant ngayon ang nasa cooling system ng pajero ko. pero kung hahanapan mo ng putik, none. yung fx namin, tap water lang ang nakalagay, pero yun coolant reservoir niya, puro na putik/latak or kung ano man yan. coolant is somewhat, the "engine oil" ng cooling system natin. and coolant is mixed with distilled water, where wala siyang residues or minerals na nakapaloob. so its impossible magpuputik ang radiator mo using coolant.

Mga 2 liters of premixed or 1 liter concentrated colant 1 liter distilled?

You can't generalize that it's the coolant that's causing this problem.
