Most likely thermostat yan. no amount of radiator overhaul or flushing would solve the problem if the thermostat is stuck, partially stuck or wont open. The Thermostat is like a water plug that regulates the flow of water coming from the radiator going into the engine. When working properly the thermostat will remain closed until it reaches a specified engine temp then it opens to let the water into the engine.
If thermostat is stuck up engine will overheat driving or idling due to coolant are not circulating that cause boiled up. His case was happen only in a long driving not on city driving means that his radiator are partialy clogging not enough water flow to cool down when reving it up and the impeller goes faster.

what do you mean na hindi na nag-automatic ang aircon? yung condenser fan fan at aux fan hindi na tumatakbo? talagang mag ooverheat yan.

Check muna for leaks or baka kulang ang coolant, yung belt baka maluwag = apektado water pump.
Next drain mo radiator, flush and add new coolant.
