the tensioner is still attached pro d na xa nag.aadjust or play.. baka yun daw kc ang cause kaya naputol yung t.belt kc tumatalon or dumudulas daw sa ngipin ng cam gear dahil sa tensioner.. di ko rin nga magetz ang logic kung bat pa yun nakafixed setting.. pro di naman daw maxadong mahigpit yung pagkakalagay ng t.belt kaya di daw mapuputol ulit..

Well, we gave you all the information you need. If it breaks sooner than expected, you know who to blame

The fact that you don't understand his logic should be enough for you to realize your mechanic is not fixing your car properly.

Fixed naman talaga yung tensioner. Niluluwagan lang yun pag inaadjust yung tension or removing and replacing the Timing belt.

May procedure pag set ng tension. Nasa shop manual yun. ]

Ano ba year, model and trim ng oto mo?

pag di proper ang tension ng t.belt, luluwag, lulundo yan at tatalon sa ipin ng gear(be it cam or crank)..

ikaw, will you skimp on 2000 pesos vs the probability of inconvinience while driving your car at high speed and suddenly your engine stops because you tbelt jumped a teeth or 2?

as i know, fixed ang bolt, may spring yung tensioner, baka nawala ng mekaniko mo. and dont forget to set it on the markers before you put back the t.belt...
