idling problem/weird engine sound ESI

problem po ng kotse pag po naka aircon bumabagsak ang idle.
possible po ba na MAF sensor?, pinalinis ko na idle up pero ganun pa rin.

and may weird engine sound po parang whining sound (parang nag-hihingalo) pero normal naman ang takbo ng kotse, nakakapagtaka lang yung sound na yun.
nangyayari ito kapag normal working temp na ang engine, pag sa cold start wala pa masyado. while revving po ito, when it's on idle or tumatakbo same lang.

and last po, balak ko po kasi bilhan ng new tires ung oto, kapapalit ko lang po ng 15's na mags
ok ba ang 195/55 or 195/50? what's the diff? balak ko po sana is GT champiro.

MAP ang gamit ng D series.

Gusto ko lang makatulong sa mga honda users dito sa forum, because someone aloso introduced me to this guy and suddenly the problem stopped,
