    Always go with what the car says. Even a tire shop will tell you the same thing. Tire pressure is determined by the weight of the car. Even if you have different sized tires, that's the correct pressure. If you like, you can add a few lbs of pressure to get a little better mileage but increased tire pressure decreases the contact patch of the tire and will effect grip, so don't go too high. Max pressure on the tire is to tell vendors if the tire is compatible with certain cars by weight.

    city driving and 2 passenger average, 30psi - 32psi.
