August 6th, 2009 01:04 PM #11mine is vtec 99.. air intake lang po nabago, simota po yong nakalagay.. lahat stock na.. along NLEX, around 5pm, umaambon with aircon on, i reach 160km/h at 5th gear, lampas 4 ang rpm.. i forgot to take a picture of it noon kasi, naisip ko lang after na dapat pinicturan ko haha.. pero sa buwelo ko po na yun, mapapakiramdaman mo yung engine mo kung kaya pa niya talaga, basing on that kung hinatawan ko talaga, kaya niya siguro hanggang 200 or lampas kasi hindi pa sagad sa gas pedal.. nahiya lang kasi ako noon nung linampasan ako ng isang pulang nissan gtr at speed of 160 na parang papel lang hahaha.. and you know what guys, if we are not in racing, we don't need that speed, kaya tama lang yong speed limit na nilagay nila doon na 100 lang, maliban na lang kung emergency talaga.. tsaka helpful satin talaga ang speed limit.. on safety, economy and engine..

August 6th, 2009 07:16 PM #18Series 2 Nissan Sentra Super Super Saloon 1.6 ECCS has a very responsive engine and good power to weight ratio compared with other brands in its class. It can outrun those Civics mentioned before even on stock condition, no modificatrions needed. I reached 160 kph on the NLEX while it is under construction last 2004.

nasa driver yan, actually. advantage ka pa kasi you were running a DOHC engine with lots of torque.
against a plain VTEC 1.6 i doubt if it is possible for a sentra to outrun a civic. redline na eccs yung vtec nagsisimula pa lang mag VTEC. against a honda hatch with the original ph12 1200cc, pwede...
Choice I would have made as well.
2024 Innova Zenix 2.0 V CVT (non-HEV) vs Innova...
