Orange peel is natural for most if not all cars. If you want it removed, your entire top coat will have to be sanded off, making your paint thinner and less resistant to scratches.
In any case, you can't make a warranty claim on that. If it's just a minor scratch, just give it a week and you'll forget it about it.

You can try to buff out the light scratches ... but better to leave them be ... also try to learn how to properly wash your car using the 2 bucket method ... sometimes improper washing causes light scratches and swirl marks ... and NEVER have car washed by the dealer (after PMS) even if it's free ...

*dairyman1983 - if you're a bit worried about fuel consumption, you can opt for a more fuel efficient car. CUVs are not known for fuel efficiency but its utility/space is a good tradeoff. Extend your budget a bit and you can get yourself a new and more fuel efficient compact car or maybe Honda's new small 7-seater crossover (BRV).
