    Anyway, I have an inquiry for my fellow CRVer. I originally posted the question in this thread: ATTN: Macky (others may also reply)

    Have you noticed how our CR-Vs quickly consume its coolant fluid? I was told it was normal but I just worry driving my CR-V without any or with a minimum level of coolant fluids for an extended period of time.

    I recently have them filled up (09/18/2003) as part of my 20K-mile service. Kahapon (09/23/2003), mas mababa pa sya sa 'MIN' level

    OK lang daw yun sabi nung techie and as I posted in another thread, the CR-V's computer even allows the engine to run without coolant by turning off cylinders in sequence to prevent overheating. Ang hindi ko lang naitanong ay kung pwedeng tumakbo ang CR-V on extended period of time na mababa yung reservoir ng coolant?

    May patanong din po ang pinsan kong naka-CRV genII:

    - Ano daw ang pinakamalaking size ng gulong na pwede ikabit kasama ng stock mags?

    - San daw nakakabili nung plate holder sa tabi ng reserve tire? Balak kasi nyang tanggalin sa rear bumper at ilagay sa bandang taas.

    para di affected speedometer pwede 215/70-15

    pero if you want to go for bigger tires kasya 235/60-15

    Yun ngalang ramdam daw talaga loss of low end torque with this bigger than stock sizes.


    As for the USDM/JDM License plate on the tail gate meron sa winterpine sa Araneta Ave.. yung pang 99 spec JDM (actually Taiwan Model beacaus of the extra bumper clearance lights)

    Around 6thou yun (bumper and plate garnish on the tail gate.

    No problem

    binubutas lang yung rear fog. Dati balak ko rin mag euro pero sobra mahal nung rear fogs pa lang nasa 12thou! :whoa:

    Mag JDM na lang ako hehe... mas mura yung 6thou na rear bumper and plate garnish sa tail gate hehe.


    Yung sa sig ko rin check out the red CR-V naka magustuhan din ng pinsan mo yung matching 99-00 Euro/ JDM spec front bumper with flush mounted foglamps

    I replied in HCP baka pag ginagamit mo yung heater nauubos yung coolant.

    cheap lang pa sunroof...txt me at 0917-5364197 if you're interested...won't cost you more than 20k..

    i'd asked before sa casa, and the lady told me that if ever i'l install a sunroof it will void my warranty. sayang.
