Honda Civic SiR [Merged]

sorry kung nahukay ko itong thread hehe.

I am not a Honda fan actually pero itong nakita kong Honda Civic SIR recently, ito lang yata ang pinakanagustuhan ko sa lahat nang SIR na nakita ko for years. Why?

1. Stock form. Yes in stock form siya, walang binago sa porma, not sure sa engine pero tingin ko wala na siyang ginalaw doon. lady driver din kasi, hindi naman mabilis magpatakbo, I also assume 1st owner siya talaga. Very rare for a limited production car na may makita kang stock.

2. Very clean/neat, parang bago pa talaga. Ngayon lang ulit ako nakakita kasi nang stock Civic SIR, I am really amazed how this car was preserved for almost 10 years.

3. Hindi mayabang ang owner, obviously dahil medyo may age na rin yung lady owner. Not a fat guy or yung mga common na makikita mong open windows pa na naka-SIR.

I just can't help but to admire the true beauty of Civic SIR in stock form. sana nga napiktyuran ko. Nakita ko sa EDSA, white color, no tints.

very rare po talaga ang SiR in stock. there are several reasons for it...

1. a lot of accessories available for this type of car

2. very good platform for racing. starting out with a good 160hp with performance parts availability

3. well, some just wants to be different.

i like the SiR in stock form also, but if i was to have one... baka hindi ko matiis salpakan ng cams, pistons, lowering, and light weight wheels etc. hehe

oo nga hehe, pero dahil nga dahil medyo may age na yung lady driver kaya stock form ang SIR niya, siguro coding car niya ito or somewhat like that. let us say na may pera itong owner talaga that is why mga top of the line models siguro ang kinukuha niya hehe, nataon lang na may SIR na noong bumili siya way back year 2k kaya itong bnili niya, not for racing though ang pakay niya hehe. sobrang alaga eh. aba, years na akong hindi nakakita nang stock form nang SIR hehe.

plate starts w/ letter A (region1), yung B (region 2),sumikat dahil sa mga import na pinapasok sa port irene, sta. ana. wala pa naman akong nabalitaang incident sa manila na sinita dahil yung plate no. galing sa ibang region.

Eh, SiR yun eh. Ganun talaga.

In fact, kakaunti lang ang naappreciate ko na modded SiR's. Yung talagang malinis talaga, mas gusto ko pa nga yung stock kaysa sa spoon SiR's eh. :hysterical:

I`ve been seeing more stock SiR's as of now. Pero, mostly they are in black and white. Haven't seen other SiR's with different colors that is stock.

Pero there's this SiR that's modded and I like the most ...

1. Spoon Yellow body color
2. Carbon Fiber hood.
3. Carbon Fiber trunk
4. Bronze rims
5. UNtinted

etc.

bro if there leaks found in the radiator can it still be repaired by a radiator shop given the top is made of hard plastic? or do i have to replace it? where can i buy surplus radiator? i dont like to buy a new one cause of the high price in the casa.

i bought a surplus radiator in banawe. it cost 3500 but it has to hose outlet below the radiator. i had the hose outlets condemed. later i found out through my bro that the same radiator can be bought at 3200 including the auxiliary fan.
