theres a way to look for clues kung previously raced ang stock engine ng oto... SiR to be exact (just dont know about other brands).
take a look at the intake manifold of the engine, usually theres a line where it comes together.. pero kung tuned na yung car they would not line up even if you put the original part back...

Define "raced"? Does that mean you actually took the car to the drag strip and maxed out its RPM? Does that mean frequent WOT runs? How can you see the line, you have to remove the intake manifold from the engine head? So when you reinstall it, hindi na siya aligned.

per say, i was not the one who raced nor tuned the car... he and his teams mates were the once tuning and racing the car. yes, they did drag and max out the cars potentials...
you do not remove the intake manifold, instead theres a line at the side that serves as the guide. its visible from the outside.

July 8th, 2009 10:47 AM #147Does anyone know the difference in height between Stock SiR Springs vs. Stock 2000 VTi Spings? I'm planning to replace my stock VTi Springs with SiR ones eh but im not sure if the difference in height is really that substantial.
BTW, i will still be using the stock 14" wheels after changing the springs. Will that make the car lower since SiR springs was designed for 15" wheels?

Any 15inch aftermarket wheels (maybe black or gun-metal grey)
The wheels is to change the look from the stock wheels but minimize the cost by re-using the existing R15 tires. Or you can go 16" wheels and tires if you have the budget.
And then stop here.
You will be looking at a budget of at least 25K or more for the hood and trunk carbon fiber panels. 15" wheels might be P12K and up (Rota wheels are suggested because they are affordable and have popular styles.)
