February 2nd, 2011 01:44 PM #51Here's a little article from a magazine i subscribe from:
http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...mparison_tests
it might not be comparing fiesta and city, but it will give you some idea how other people think about the car you are considering, especially sa labas ng pinas.
good luck on your purchase.

After getting this info, medyo di na ako kinakabahan sa parts ng fiesta, di naman siguro mauubusan. since marami sa UK nun, baka makabili ako ng 2nd hand parts sa ukay-ukay
[Edited Aug 2010 pala yon una, fixed list for year 2010 na]

Actually forget the UK, even locally the Fiesta is selling well... It was the best selling hatchback in December 2010 beating the Honda Jazz... Sa sedan of course with the taxi sold Vios and Accent di nya matatalo yun...

March 13th, 2011 10:56 PM #57Weighing exactly these two cars. H.City 1.5E and F.Fiesta 1.6 Sport.
For now, I am leaning to the City because of:
- Brand reliability over the years (not saying Ford isn't though)
- Elegance (though I also like FF's sportiness)
- No problems so far since it was released in 2008/2009 (not sure what year)
- Biiig trunk space
- Resale value (yes I would like to upgrade after 4-5 years. I am not financially capable of keeping more than 1 car)
I love the Fiesta though because:
- It looks to be more sturdier (mas matigas na body)
- I felt good driving it. Nice handling (though I haven't test driven the City yet...)
- NVH
- Sportiness
So what's keeping me from picking the Fiesta?
- Current build issues noticed by others (If I can live with it i.e. no added cost for me to fix/maintain)
- Trunk space (Do you know what's the Fiesta's exact trunk size? )
I have around 1-2 mos before I expect my company give me a go for our car assistance. I love the Fiesta so I hope those two remaining deciding factors will be out of the way... especially regarding build issues

Wala namang build issues ang Fiesta eh... Masyado ka lang tumtingin kay vivafoxpro eh lahat binabaklas nya to modify... As for trunk space syempre mas maliit kasi hatchback eh...
