Mga sir, may wife & I own a Honda City 2003. Unfortunately binangga kami ng lasenggong motor, buti undamaged kami but my side of the car (driver) is a wreck. Pinaayos po namin ito, looked for a replacement door in Banawe and now useable na naman.

Unfortunately yung keyhole ng new door, mukang hindi pinalitan so hindi namin mabuksan ang door even with keys, kelangan sa passenger side pa.
Is there a ways to fix this? If magpakabit po ako ng car alarm para pindut-pindot nalang ang paglock effective po kaya? Or nasa power lock yun ng sasakyan? Thank you.

I usually run to these guys: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jemso...ref=ts&fref=ts

The key cylinder from the damaged door should have been transferred to the replacement door. That is negligence on the part of the shop.

The link above can transfer the key cylinder from the passenger side onto the driver side. They can also install an alarm so you need not use the key all the time.
