With more women buying vehicles. 55 women to 45men (2016). Probably 60women to 40men by 2017.

Women will tend to buy a brv against the extra long innova.

If the innova is selling 2000 units monthly, the brv will probably get 150-250 of those buyers. Its a big chunk imo.

Thats what i meant. It will not kill sales. But it will stab the innova sales with a small knife.

This is just one aspect(women buyers)

...what I meant was that those currently considering the Ecosport primarily likes the looks and the "SUV" stance of the vehicle -- along with the low price tag of the vehicle. They are now provided with an option of a similar offering ("SUV" stance) that has better space/practicality for just a little bit more money... and more reliability in the A/T as well.

BRV is a five seater pretending to be a seven seater.

Most buyers usually consider price as a primary factor in purchasing a vehicle ... so the Ford Ecosport, Nissan Juke, Toyota Corolla Altis, Mazda 3 will be somewhat affected by the Honda BR-V ... buyers of the Honda HR-V and CR-V are in a different segment ...

Bro legroom in the 3rd row of the brv is better than that of the ertiga and avanza. 2nd row is also sliding.

sa pricing nya w/c slots in the middle ng mga sedan and mpv/subcompacts it's possible kukuha yan from both markets.
baka pati sa mga mini-crossovers. and also nagmahal na innova pati.

Probably but they don't market them as "7 seater SUV"
