wala balak ang honda na dalhin ang diesel powered car nila sa pinas. ilan beses ko na itanong yan sa casa, negative lagi ang sagot. i'm sure it's not the diesel quality ek ek reason.

Try to remove the Mobilio from the showroom and the salespeople will be up in arms. It's one of their best sellers.

    Price. Market positioning and product.

Honda's diesel cars are all either Indian or European. They'd be much more expensive if sold here, and they don't have the same supply chain and parts suppliers as Europe and India do... so maintenance of these motors would cost quite a bit more... for both the customers and Honda.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

The only reason the 1.5 hrv didnt arrive in the Philippines is that the br-v will have this 1.5 i-vtec engine with dbw. The chasis is based on the honda city/jazz. The fc is better than the avanza both 1.3&1.5 according to indonesian specs. Hopefully their promise of pricing between the mobilio and the hrv remains true. 3 variants are expected ranging from 1-1.2M. The base model will have a manual transmission. This will go head2head against the Innova.

If the alternator is the basis for water fording this can probably do 400mm more or less.

is it true that the minimum price for this will be 1M? no chance for the mid-level model to be around 950k-ish price?

Possible for base model to be below 1M but it would be really bare.
