    They're similar in the city if you're comparing MT to MT. The SiR motor may be 1.6 liters only, but it's tuned for high horsepower rather than fuel economy, not like the VTi. My cousin has an SiR, I have a 2.0 Lynx, we get the same economy in mixed and highway driving.

    +1 to sir nilky if your SiR is heavy modded might perhaps has a higher fc rather than a bnew bone stock lancer gta though its 2.0
