ES Switching to K20 Engine

I am new in car modification specifically engine swapping. Hingi lang ako ng mga tips on how I will work on my very first car project. I am driving my ES for the last 5 years, 01 model and I'm thinking of changing the engine to K20. Here are my questions, hope to get some tips from you.

1. Madami na bang K20 in the after market, locally? Magkano price range nito?
2. Where is the best place to get 1 with a very reasonable price?
3. Where and who can I tag with and do the engine swap?
4. Pros and Cons?

Mostly ang aftermarket parts ng k20a ay from U.S.k20a engine around 190-220k sa mga surplusan ka makakabili nung engine na yun pero ingat ka lang kase kailangan tignan mo mabuti yung condition nung engine at pa compression test mo.Mas maganda kung pwede mo ipaleak down test pa.
Marami kang bibilhin na parts from engine mount fuel rail,axle,exhaust atbp.Labor pa para sa swap.
Zenrin sa Las Pinas ginawa na nila yung ES K20a Swap.Naka turbo pa.
