engine noise?

i just would like to ask the common source of that noise being heard coming from the engine its like a friction ( of course theres a friction inside) but its annoying at first i thought it would last after tune up but still it sounds like a tweeter. can anyone tell about that? is it detrimental to engine itself or is it normal like it need some kind of bloody repair? please i need some advice i'd appreciate your help. TIA!!! more horse power!!!

honda esi po. btw naka headers, muffs, at simota kaya medyo confusing ang tunog, bearable pa naman kaya lang syempre nakakairita pa naririnig ko newbie pa lang kasi ako on this kind of car kaya medyo nangangapa pa. thanks nga pala to all your responses... madalang kasi talaga matyempohan (specially pag honda car) yung magagaling na mekaniko karamihan nasa kasa which also mean that you have to set your mind of costly expense. tsk tsk tsk...
