City 2013 alarm with auto lock/unlock

Guys, quick question. Anybody using an alarm system that can do these for a 2013 City?

1. lock doors when engine is turned on
2. Unlock when engine is turned off
3. If you forgot to lock/arm after leaving the car it will auto lock/arm after a few seconds.

Tried researching and I read about the code alarm 3051, but casa is saying it can't do these things which is contrary to what I have read in other forums. Can anyone confirm?

ang pagkakaalam ko sir yung code alarm 3051 can do what you are saying its a matter of how you program na lang the alarm. kasi once pinainstall mo merong mga installer na ituturo lahat ng functions at paano iprogram while others will only install it tapos on off lang ituturo. try other casa sir. kung same ang magiging response sa iyo. it will not hurt naman to ask for a second opinion.

hmmm. my ordinary car alarm which i got for 2,500.00 can do this.
nasa pagkaka kabit yan kung naka activate lahat ng features.

code alarm ..karaniwang sumikat nung 1995 - 2000 model..

ganyan dati alarm ko sa civic ko..kaso kadalas mag lock at makalimutan ang susi sa loob..
minsan nandun pa si baby umaandar kasama si esmi bumababa ako..para may kuhanin,,sakto namang bumaba din saglit si esmi..
after a few second lock...

buti nalang naka on ang aircon..at nasa bahay na kami..kung hindi...tsk,tsk..basag salamin..

bakit naman basag salamin agad.. pwede naman muna sungkitin...

basic feature naman ng mga alarm yang mag lock on engine on and unlock on engine off.. yung iba naman pwede mag lock pag tumapak ka sa brakes.. madalas yung mga alarm marami features yan kaso minsan tamad yung magkakabit

AFAIK, any car alarm na nabibili sa mga auto shop meron ganito features. Dati nga yung sa akin may start engine pa sa remote. Cool yun kasi yung mga ignorante nagugulat pag biglang nagstart yung kotse kahit walang driver. Di pa naman tinted auto ko.
Madalas ko pagtripan yung mga sumisilip pa sa bintana para tignan yung loob.

Salamat po sa mga reply niyong lahat mga sir. Sa shaw, makati, q.ave and pasig na kasi ako nagtanong kung kaya nila na gawing auto lock and unlock kaso hindi daw. hehehe. Subukan ko na lang rin sa iba. Last na lang po, meron rin bang kasama sa protected ang side mirror para iwas tungkab? Hindi ko lang talaga sure kung meron po niyan. Wala pa ko nakita pero baka lang meron. Hehehe.
