car won't open using remote control

I normally open and close the door by its remote, I never tried opening the door manually until I had that problem. So when this happen again, I have to use the hook method again to open the door. One thing I want to say to Honda cavite. Their service sucks.

bro model ng jazz mo? i had the same issue.. yung bakal ng sa loob ng driverside door ko na nakakabit sa lock natanggal so kahit gamitin yung remote ayaw.. need susi. i just opend the panel then tightened the screw.. ok na ulit.
