Water boils at 212 degrees and evaporate easily....Ethelene Glycol boils at a 278 degrees temperature , therefore it will have better cooling properties than water.
Use the recommended mix, usually 50/50. It's mixed for a reason, prevent rust into your radiator and engine .
In addition, straight anti-freeze will also run hotter and so with 100% water so don't make that mistake....
Also, A system that is under pressure with a good radiator cap(check the preasure cap too) rated for your systems requirements will make the engine and coolant run efficiently and effectively.

The throttle body replaced the carburetor as a more efficient fuel delivery system if it is "broken, dirty" you could experience poor fuel economy and loss of power.
Now your car throttle body is the top portion of the engine that let's the filtered air into the combustion chamber. Depending on what year your vehicle is, typically this has a little "door" or throttle plate which is connected to your gas pedal. When you accelerate the little plate pivots to emmit air for the air/fuel ratio.... this this door sometimes gets gunk build up on the hinge of the plate or on the edges of the plate and that making it difficult for the door to pivot and not emmitting the necessary air....this creates a lean condition and set's off the check engine light. By cleaning it, you free the plate in hope that it will run correctly.
