kamusta mga kaibigan? Napadaan lang po Accord owner din dito sa US. Tanong lang, may kilala ba kayong marunong sa pag ship ng car sa Pinas galing sa US? or mas maganda yung galing sa ibang bansa, tulad ng Japan?

hey guys, I'm pretty much new here and i don't really know that much about cars. i drive a 97 accord and I'm having some problems with it as for the degree of the issue i honestly don't know if its that important or if something that i can take care of later or what?

I always hear this cricket sounding chirp coming from front left side of my ride. when I'm cruising the chirping is consistent but as soon as i hit the breaks its kinda stops and its replaced by sound that is similar to how it would sound like when you rub 2 hard plastic or rubber together? i think this sound is coming from my mud guard, cause they're all loose and I'm missing some clips that holds it in place. but for the cricket chirp it sound more like its coming from metal grinding every time my car is cruising.

would anybody know what that can be?

any info will be much appreciated, thanks in advance
