Just to share my experience with honda caloocan. i think i posted my problem in some other thread before.

anyway, bought my 2006 jazz 1.3MT. Sales rep was ok.. very maasikaso. ang natatandaan ko lang freeby is tint na 3M. pero.............after sales is very bad (just my own opinion). parang feeling mo matapos kang bentahan bahala ka na sa buhay mo. meron din naman isa o dalawang matinong kausap pero the rest wala na. once na ko muntik mapaaway sa manager ng service. PM niyo na lang ako kung gusto niyong malaman ang pangalan. ayoko naman manira ng pangalan. last month muntik ko na naman awayin pero nagpigil na lang ako. just let my wife handle our concern. hay naku, dapat nga vios ang bibilin ko 'non pero we thought that honda have better quality/ service, we were disappointed. not with the car but with the people in honda caloocan.

we have a friend in honda pasig who is working as a supervisor sa service. medyo mas maganda ang treatment nila compared sa caloocan. balak nga namin lumipat sa kanila pero under warranty pa kami kaya no choice...

BTW sir, anu po yung warranty coverage ng hondakal that prevents you from moving to a different dealer/casa? 'Just curious.

Pagkakaalam ko ang warranty pwede mo gamitin sa kahit anong branch basta Honda. :P so pwedeng pwede po kayo magpaservice sa pasig kung mas okay kayo dun ;)

+1 * Haruto, Bought my City at Honda Kal pero sa Honda Q. Ave ako nagpapaservice. Mas ok kasi service sa Q. Ave at nagkaexperience ako sa Honda Kal na after mabentahan ako ng SA ko tinataguan na ako sa mga inquiry at follow-up ko sa Plate #...Hindi rin maganda ang naririnig ko sa Honda Shaw. If i were you check it on Honda Q. Ave. HTH

i'm from pasig pero i got my GE sa Q.Ave. nag-inquire ako sa shaw & pasig pero malamya ang mga SA, siguro naka-quota na sila o whatever... so i called up Q.Ave, maayos naman sila kausap. mabilis. got my requests na rin like ending ng plate no. without extra costs... even had it delivered dito sa amin sa pasig pati na rin ung plates. which by the way i got in a little over a month only....

if you ask me, i think tsikot should have sort of a list of TOP 10 ng mga SAs dito... para sila na lang ung mga kakausapin ng mga gustong bumili ng oto. nevermind the "bad" SAs.. basta lista lang ung mga maaayos kausap... hehe

may rating kumbaga. and to give the members an idea who to contact... parang i-rate. kasi minsan naman may bad experience lang talaga na na-timing-an e unfair naman sa SA. pero kung paulit-ulit e sobra na...

I've heard Honda Kalookan is good ( *sales ). But never had any experience with them tho'.

If they deliver poor after-sales support, you can always have your car serviced * Honda SPA.

I always buy my Honda units from Honda Shaw, but service sa Honda Makati. I tried servicing in Honda Manila, they failed me, they did a piss poor job on my aircon telling me it needs to be replaced, so I agreed, then after one year, it broke down, wala na sa warranty, I brought it to Honda Makati, they told me it was the compressor again, I asked why? Honda Makati told me that during the replacing of the new compressor, one needs to clean the other aircon parts, which Honda Manila neglected it. Although I'm 3 minutes drive from my place to Honda Manila, I would happily take a 20 minutes drive going to Honda Makati for service. But thats just me. No offense to anyone. Peace.
