i tried 180 with 5 adults. 1.5 VTEC but that was the 2006 model with CVT. Can hit 200 i think.
as for the newer one, i think 190 is achievable.

uhmmmm not really. the CVT is prone to breakage! but the CVT is faster and more fuel efficient. and i must admit, im a fan of the CVT. however, the new city is much more advanced, i-vtec, DBW (Drive by Wire) and i believe safer rin, kasi "world" car na ito. meron na nito sa australia eh.
why would you want to know the top speed anyway? you need lots of empty road just to reach 180 above hehehe.

200? Nah... I know people who've tried... ...the stock GD really tops out between 180-190... probably the same as the new car... which is more powerful but slightly bigger.
For 200, the GD Jazz would need about 130 bhp or so.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

papasok ako ng sctex galing tarlac. 120 lang ang speed ko nun, tapos pagtingin ko sa sidemirror may dumidikit saken na vios then bigla nag overtake. Hinabol ko ung vios then inovertakan ko tapos pagdating ng 170km/hr dumidikit paren. pero pagdating ng 190 medyo lumalayo na xa ng konti. haha un lng

ive done those speeds a couple of times but masasabi ko lang, dont forget to say your prayers
subcompact yan. it tends to be floaty at higher speeds kaya ako dumadasal ako kapag 120 pataas na takbo ko haha
