you can check Payless tire center. they have buy 3 free 1 for Federal brand. comes with free wheel alignment and balancing labor. you have to pay for the wheel weights nalang, which is not expensive. i bought a set last week.

madulas westlake. lalo na kung bagong bago pa.

makunat kasi yung goma kaya walang traction gaano. pero nung tumagal, okay naman na din ang kapit (o baka nasanay na ko)
