I opt to add a few upgrade for a 97 Civic. I'd like to know where can I get good quality yet less expensive accessories. Anything from Bacolod or Iloilo area would be a plus.

I look for:

- Projector type head and tail lights (Do new models present bright lighting?)
- LCD monitor (Visor type or overhead or mounted)
- Wrap-around skirts
