what were the stuff LTO required?
how much did it cost you?
i was considering changing my plates to rizal coz it looks good.. hehe

it cost me p3000 before now I think it's p3500
takes about 3 weeks of course you surrender your old plates
they call it a dilapidated plate case

April 11th, 2009 10:10 AM #16^ 3500? i had two sets of plates replaced a year ago. each set cost me 1500 pesos. you just need to show the OR and CR and surrender the old plates.
