Several things to check.

We replaced the radiator and water pump. Malamang barado yung radiator kaya hindi nagfloflow yung tubig at bumubulwak. Explanation, the water pump is driven by the timing belt. At low RPM water pressure is low, as the RPM goes up, so does the water pressure.

We replaced the waterpump during a timing belt and tensioner change. When the water pump was checked, the impeller (yung blades sa loob) showed excessive corrosion.

As for the aircon related overheating, another thing to watch out for is the aux fan.

Dagdag lng din po. Kung bumubulwak ang tubig sa radiator with engine at idle, it could be a head gasket problem.
