Never mind that they're priced at a premium and have a bare feature set.
Malakas talaga yung HID retrofits, no comparison kahit yung mga LED projectors. Kaso ang mahal, 19K up yung maganda.

August 5th, 2019 06:43 PM #4762Mahina talaga LEDs compared to proper HID retrofit. Napapaisip nga ako kung once maglapse na warranty, palitan ko ng retroffited HID projectors yung sakin..unless may magandang LED options na lumabas within the next few years. Hehe

Pacheck mo nalang sa casa for proper diagnosis.. pwedeng shock mounting or engine support talaga
Actually yan talaga naging problem kasi choices were Crv or Innova only.
Kaya nakakahinayang sa simula lumipat to HID retrofit.

August 6th, 2019 05:05 PM #4765Was finally able to install the dashcam I bought at Lazada during the MYF. I also opted for the Mini 0906 as has been presented by sir jut703.
First order of business is to split open the aux socket adapter, since my intent is to hardwire the dashcam system:
I applied a heatshrink as "housing" to the electronic board, and soldered extension wires directly into the 12V input of the circuit:
Terminated the cable with a fuse-tap for the positive line, and an eyelet for the ground tap (I grounded the setup on the hood cable-release bolt):

August 6th, 2019 05:07 PM #4766I installed the rear camera first. I snuck the rearcam wire inside the third brakelight wire boot; lahat na yata ng klase ng pagmumura nagawa ko during that process.
Success!
I then used a "mahiwagang pansungkit" tool to snake the wire into the rear quarter lining:

August 6th, 2019 05:08 PM #4767I ran the wire into the step sills, so that I will avoid / not touch the side curtain airbags:
For the frontcam, I mounted it on the frit area behind the rearview mirror. Out of sight, out of mind:

August 6th, 2019 05:09 PM #4768The final part of the install is to run the wires on the driver-side A-pillar
and put the fuse-tap in place
Solb!

But as soon as we test drove the CR-V ayaw na ni Mrs. Kaya malakas loob namin kasi yung last gen CR-V nagkaroon din kami, di naman nagkaroon ng kalampag.
Nice clean install. 👍
