Hi all, asking for a friend. Would you know ano normally discount ba binibigay and if may marecommend kayo na dealers? Ung binibigay kasi sa kanya is 10k lang for the city 1.5 E CVT eh. I backread and saw 30k discounts pero not sure if promo lang during that time. Thanks

Discount/promos/freebies varies hindi yan fixed for all.

Tell your friend to dealer hop, as much as possible yung magkaiba ang group. Yuchengco and Ayala group.

Need some advise on buying a 1 year old VX 2014 model Purchase 2015. The seller is asking 200k then assume balance of 45months 13k. The car mileage is around 20k. Napapa isip po ako if brandnew na lang na vx 2016/2017 model.

The value of a car drops by at least 10% paglabas na paglabas pa lang ng dealer sir. The one you're eyeing is already 1 year old as you said, so it should have depreciated by at least 20% already (>180k), kahit pa 1000km lang ang tinakbo. Besides, madaming complications ang assume balance sir. Both for you and the seller. 200k savings may not be worth it in this case. Get a brand new car na lang sir as already suggested.

There is a formula for that, 30% for the 1st year, 10% for each succeding years...the year that youre gonna sell your car, add or minus 15%..dun ka maglalaro ng tawaran..the usual odometer reading/condition will also have an impact on the cars value.

A classmate that is is the industry thought me that...your 1m car in 5years will be P459270-P528,160, dyan ka malalaro sa price na yan sir...selling it higher than 528k is bonus already.
