Based on the reports, same 1.5L engine pa din as the current. For sure the 1.3L will be the same too. I hope because of their lagging sales, Honda will bring the 1.5L diesel engine too.

Specifications of all-new Honda City finally revealed | TopGear.com.ph

In November 2013, Honda revealed the all-new City in India. While the Japanese carmaker did share that the subcompact sedan would be available with a 1.5-liter diesel engine along with a 1.5-liter gasoline mill, the power output of both units were not disclosed. Nearly two months later, Honda has finally revealed the specs of the fourth-generation City.

The new City's Earth Dream Technology diesel engine produces 99hp and 200Nm of torque. Paired with a newly developed six-speed manual transmission, this engine supposedly yields an industry-best fuel efficiency of 26km/L.

The gasoline-powered 1.5-liter engine, on the other hand, puts out 117hp and 145Nm of torque. Mated to a continuously variable transmission, this powerplant has a fuel efficiency of 18km/L; with a five-speed manual transmission, fuel efficiency slightly dips at 17.8km/L.

Typically Honda, the City's interior space makes use of the carmaker's "man maximum, machine minimum" philosophy, giving the car class-leading rear legroom and head clearance to go with its expansive 510L boot space.

The use of high-tensile steel gives the vehicle a lightweight yet highly rigid body structure, while the new-geometry MacPherson strut front and high-rigidity H-shaped twist beam rear suspensions offer operation stability and comfortable ride. A new electronic power steering system also rewards the driver with a high-quality steering feel.

It's not only the City's mechanical bits that have been enhanced; it also gets a segment-first automatic air-conditioning system with touchscreen control. Other new additions to the car are rear air-condition vents and rear parking camera with multiple views. In addition, the CVT variant will be equipped with a paddle-shift option, letting the driver enjoy a stick-like driving feel.

So, which features would you like to see in the Philippine-market City when the car is launched locally?

for the private motorist, the answer is punctuated by buts and ifs. but to the public utility vehicle operator, diesel outshines gas.
