Yung 2013 US model is smaller in overall size compared sa 8th gen but similar (big) in interior space. It was just voted best in class by Car and Driver for midsize/family sedan. A 2.0L engine with 150-155hp will be too underpowered for such a big car (almost 1600kg). The US model 2.4L (185hp, 6-spd AT or MT) will be a better model to bring over here.

March 21st, 2013 01:47 AM #4Di ba US spec yung Accord na ibinebenta sa pinas? The review for 6sd MT is so good that i am contemplating trading in my Si. Either 4 or 6 cylinders, it is more economical for me MPG wise.

March 22nd, 2013 12:13 AM #5So far based on the pictures of the Accord circulating on the web, the Russian, USDM, and Thai Accords are all similar.
Looks like this is the same car we will be getting here in the PH.

2.0L and 2.5L engines ang available. So baka pwede din, sumasabay sila sa global engine downsizing ng ibang makers.

They'll be bringing in the Earthdreams J35Y1 with 278hp/252lbft. Still with VCM.
Still dreaming of Honda going bonkers and dropping in the 310hp J35Y4 from the RLX.
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
