Did you run the engine before checking the fluid level? In case not, below is the standard Honda A/T fluid level check procedure.

tapos na rin ako mag change nang ATF.. honda ATF DW-1 ung ginamit ko pero may tunog parin.. baka need na talaga rebuild nito.. 2ndhand ko lang nabili ung car.

Ohh in that case baka hindi naalagaan nung 1st owner ang kotse. Masyadong pinatagal ang palit ng fluids.

2nd hand din sakin, pareho tayo ng problema, may anothern problem pa nga, whistling sound pa nga at 3K RPM, na research ko baka alternator bearing daw.

Whistling sound is more associated with a vehicle in motion. Sometimes it's the side mirrors or roof mounted carriers. Or a bag stuck underneath.

Whirling sound or howling or whining of the bearing or pulley is a better description in your case.
